Your First Trimester

In these first few months of pregnancy, your hormones are working overtime to accommodate your growing baby. They're the culprits behind these classic first trimester symptoms:
  • Fatigue
  • Sore (enlarged) breasts
  • Aching back, nausea
  • Mood swings
  • Frequent urination
Some women don't experience any symptoms, but most do, so take it easy on yourself; make sure you get enough rest, eat healthy, and take your prenatal vitamins. And take heart, as you move into your second trimester these early discomforts should subside.
