Q&A: Soy Milk Good For Babies?
I'm a vegetarian and would like to give my child soy milk rather than cow's milk. Will I be depriving her of certain vitamins and minerals?

Iron-fortified infant formula, both cow- and soy-milk-based, provide adequate nutrition to support normal growth and development. Check the label to be sure that the brand of soy milk you're using has been fortified with calcium and vitamin D.
