Family Cruisin’: What to Pack
The key to packing for a cruise is to travel light. Storage space onboard cruise ships is incredibly tight; one suitcase per person is a good rule of thumb. Bring only what you will really need!

Depending on your itinerary, you may be able to bring just a light sweater for windy evenings on deck.

Be sure to pack prescription medicines; many ships have a small pharmacy, but why take the chance that your particular medicines won’t be available?

Remember sunscreen, film and batteries; these are available from onboard shops, but you’ll wince at the prices.
