A flexible spending account also allows employees to use pre-tax contributions for up to $5,000 of childcare expenses annually.

The company offers flexible starting and stopping times, simply requesting that staff members be available between core business hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Employees can take time off to attend to family needs such as school functions and children’s doctor appointments without using sick time or vacation time.
