Buying the Best for Your Baby
Consumer Reports Best Baby Products 2004 (Consumers Union, 2004) provides the complete reference you need to make informed purchases for your baby. The Consumers Union, a non-profit product-testing and consumer-advocacy foundation that publishes the renowned Consumer Reports magazine, reviews everything from bottles to zebras (stuffed, of course).

Baby Products is set up alphabetically, with each chapter devoted to a type of product, such as diapers or infant carriers. A general overview tells you what features to look for, the testing methods used and any safety issues to be aware of. Products are graded on performance, durability, safety and value. A special reference section contains child safety tips, recall notices, brand locators and other product information.

Consumer Reports Best Baby Products 2004 will be available in mid-April.
