Shaping up becomes a family affair and more playful when your little ones join in. Fitness consultant Allie Thummel invites parents and children to work out together with this DVD. She zeroes in where moms need toning most and offers three workout options: cardio, toning and abs, or a combined cardio/toning workout. Thummel is upbeat and energetic, but not over-the-top. The cartoon-like background and easy-to-follow routines engage children from 4 months to 6 years old; health and fitness tips are sprinkled throughout the workout.
